As you are about to discover, membership at M-46 Tabernacle Family Ministries involves more than simply being a name on a list. We believe membership is synonymous with involvement and partnership. We have identified four requirements to become a member at TFM.
CHRIST FOLLOWER: Since our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, it is essential that our members have a clear understanding of salvation and are able to identify when their relationship with Jesus Christ began.
BAPTISM: We believe the Bible is clear about God's desire for each of us to make a public profession of faith through water baptism. If you haven't been baptized since accepting Jesus as your personal Savior, just mark "No" and we will contact you.
INVOLVEMENT: We equate membership with involvement in an ongoing small group, serving in a ministry or alongside one of our ministries. If you are NOT yet involved at TFM, but are interested, please fill out a Volunteer Application and return to this membership application once you've applied for or have begun your involvement.
MEMBERSHIP COVENANT: Having received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and being in agreement with the mission and beliefs of TFM, I unite myself with the TFM family. I commit to partner with TFM to serve the church and to reach the community by giving my time, finances and talents. (My typed name serves as my signature.)
